I would like to see them start their half court offense quicker instead of standing outside running valuable seconds off the clock.
I think CAJ does that on purpose to keep the score low and make sure there's not as many chances for the other team to score.
Sounds about right, a good strategy for a team without great shooters that relies on defense. With too many possessions, the defense runs out of steam.
(Same applies to football and running the hurry up offense when you have the #1 defense).
