I know CNS goes out and gets the best Talent, but is he looking for the type of guys that will work to be the best or is his sytem that teaches them to work hard every day that is turning out these amazing athletes?

Those are the kind of guys that will embrace the challenge of the 4th Qtr program and rise to the occasion. Guys like that will take on the responsibility of playing/working their hardest not only for themselves, but for their teammates.
IMO this is why you sometimes see a guy that is hyped up by the recruiting services but is not even being pursued by CNS and staff. A lot of times the guy, although very talented, either has a poor work ethic or some moral/character issues. Of course, once they get on campus they are introduced to Mr. Cochran. So I guess I would have to say it is a little bit of both. I honestly think it is a combination of both. Yes he gets some of the best talent and he does recruit players that fit his scheme. In an earlier meeting with us, he was asked a question about where Bama stood with the highly rated WR from Missouri. He said that recruits are first rated by their practice and off the field ethics and if there is a problem there, they then slide down prospect list. There was nothing else said about the WR then. There have been several fake Trent Richardson accounts for example. One way to know if the account is real or not is to look at it and see who else is following it. If a lot of the other players are following it, then it is probably legit. The real players will follow each other because they see each other in real life and tell each other what their twitter names are. The fake accounts won't usually have any real players following it. If somebody sets up a fake account for Trent, then the next time they see Trent or talk to him on the phone they will ask him if it is real. If he says yes they will follow it, and if he says no they will just ignore it. Also, once they find out an account is fake, they will usually say something about it so everyone else will know.
