Quote
You had your fun in college. Now it’s time to stop drinking crappy beers. Pour yourself a good micro brew from Vermont or Colorado and take a few lessons here. If you’re 25 or older and drink any of the following beers, you’re simply stuck in the past. You’re one of those hangers-on. All your friends are talking behind your back and speculating about when you’ll get a job and get on with your life. Some are even placing bets. It may also help if you stop crashing on the couch of the fraternity house and get a real apartment, you deadbeat.

I can't believe that idiot is still alive. I haven't lived in Montgomery for 21 years. He was an idiot then, and he's an idiot now.  Banging your head against the wall.

I didn't know Schlitz Beer was still made.

Was the #1 beer in Tuscaloosa in the early 60's

I agree with the person who left the first comment on the link. That's a fine rule for being 25 years old. But by 30 you drink what you want, when you want. You don't drink something because of what others might think of you. Being a man is about your attitude. Not about what you wear, drink, or drive. People who do that have major self security issues. Men who do that have severe issues with their own masculinity.

Actually, it's a lateral transfer, but thank you very much, anyway. I am still excited about the new challenges and opportunities that it will present. Don't know if I will want to ride out the rest of my career there or not, we'll just have to wait and see. I'll be in T-Town in July for Fire Investigator School. I wish they'd wait until Fall for that, LOL!
