Alabama cornerbacks Khyree Jackson and Eli Ricks have been dealing with injuries over the last week, and one was able to participate in Saturday’s scrimmage.

“Khyree scrimmaged about, I would say, two-thirds of the time, maybe three-quarters of the time,” head coach Nick Saban said. “He’s making progress. He was able to practice the last two days, Thursday and Friday, probably about half the time. So he’s making progress, and I thought he did a nice job today when he was in there.

“Eli dressed out and went through warmup, but we held him out because he really hadn’t practiced. But I think he’ll be ready to go on Tuesday.”  ... [more about center position, etc in the link]
